Claim for loss of whole box:
According to small value per shipment, the compensation or compensation for the corresponding products shall not exceed $200 + freight fee.
Claim for lost internal parts:
According to the value of the lost items, the compensation or compensation for the corresponding products shall not exceed $100 in total.
Claim for damage of internal parts:
For the damage of the inner parts caused by the external packing damage, we will provide the package and the damaged pictures of the inner parts, and we will compensate the corresponding items or settle the claim according to the small value of shipment, with the limit of $100 per package.
Full coverage:
For full loss insurance, have to pay 3% of the value, and the maximum deposit for each package is $15.
In addition, it should be noted that due to the complexity of international transportation procedures and the long journey, there are also many organizations contacted. Australian airports, domestic airports, customs, SF Express, or EMS have their own functions. We can track your package all the way, but if we don't install a probe in your package, we can't determine the internal status of your package. I believe you can understand this. Therefore, the following special circumstances, our company is unable to make claims.
There are:
*If the external packing box is in good condition, no claim will be made for the lost or damaged parts without opening marks;
*If the external packing box is in good condition, no claim will be made for the damage caused by customs opening and inspection;
*If the packaging external is damaged and the inner part has liquid leakage, no claim will be made;
*If the external package is damaged, the inner part is fragile and the damage caused by force make sure will not be compensated;
*If the external package is damaged and the inner part is not reinforced, no claim will be made;
*If the external package is damaged or the inner part is damaged but does not affect the use, no claim shall be made;
*If the customs inspected pieces do not meet the customs declaration standards, the directly destroyed parts will not be compensated;
*Please take protective measures carefully for easy melting and easy chemicals. No claim will be made for damage caused by force majeure such as natural factors;
*Please properly reinforce the packaging liquid, glass packaging products, such as Floradix, cucumber water, Moroccan oil, cough water, black sugar, Jurlique, Aesop, detergent, edible oil, Pediasure and other explosive and fragile products. Such products, if damaged, will not be compensated.
There are two situations in which the claim procedure for lost / partially lost / damaged internals is initiated as follows:
1. Please contact us within 48 hours after finding problems, and submit the corresponding materials to our email address: custom@arkexpress.com.au;
In case of damage claim, what we need you to prepare is:
*Sender will provided the certificate of damage or opening (please ask the dispatcher to issue it). The damage or opening certificate must include the domestic delivery order number and international waybill number, the details of the external package, the damaged inner parts, and the weight of the package when it is received. It is valid if it is stamped / dated by the local post office;
*Clear picture of external package (take photos by yourself);
*Clear photos of damaged inner parts (take photos by yourself);
*The corresponding purchase shipment or value screenshot (can be provided by the buyer).
2. Our company has special person responsible for monitoring the domestic delivery. In case of loss, we will take the initiative to verify with the domestic delivery terminal. If it is confirmed that the lost parts, our company will take the initiative to contact customers to deal with it.
Although lost, damage is only a small probability event. However, since we choose to put these small probability things on the table in an open platform, we hope to let you know that our follow-up service will always be in place.
